BenBet Terms & Conditions – Applicable to All Members

1 General Terms & Conditions

BenBet (benbet.cash) is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between BenBet and all its registered members.

By using any BenBet service, you are agreeing to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using BenBet.

These Terms have been written to ensure all BenBet users can understand them clearly. However, in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of BenBet shall be final.

• BenBet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when registering for a BenBet account. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.

Each individual may hold only one BenBet account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• Provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Mobile number verification may be required.
• Email verification may be required to activate your account.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to open an account and participate in betting activities on BenBet. Use of BenBet by minors is strictly prohibited.

BenBet may request documentation for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.

• A valid date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.
• Registering with a false age will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• BenBet is committed to protecting minors.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BenBet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any changes to available payment methods will be communicated through a platform notification.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.

• Minimum deposit: ৳50.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 (subject to change).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, BenBet may place a hold on payments until verification is complete.
• A chargeback request on a deposit will place the account under investigation.

5 Betting Rules

All bets on BenBet are settled in accordance with applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — although a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. For postponed matches, decisions will be made in accordance with BenBet's set policy.

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.
• BenBet reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set by BenBet and are subject to change.
• Bets settled due to a system error may be subject to review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BenBet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires completing a specified amount of wagering (wagering requirement). Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.

• Each bonus offer is applicable once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• Eligibility for bonuses is determined by BenBet.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, BenBet reserves the right to cancel any bonus.
• Free bets generally pay out winnings only — the original stake is not returned.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• In any bonus-related dispute, BenBet's decision is final.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your BenBet account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account details or allowing a third party to access your account is a violation of these Terms.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify BenBet Support immediately. We strongly recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.

• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• After logging in, end any active sessions on unrecognised devices.
• Support will never ask for your password — any such request should be treated as suspicious.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BenBet platform. If detected, your account may be terminated and your balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or strategic betting against bonus terms (arbitrage betting).
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets on match-fixed events or when the outcome is already known.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other members.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on BenBet.

9 Responsible Gaming

BenBet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not an addiction. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming and help our members build healthy betting habits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

BenBet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If the account was registered using false information.
• If the account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (inactive account policy applies).
• As required by a court order or law enforcement authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Prior to closure, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of terms.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between BenBet and a member, an initial resolution will be sought through BenBet Support. Contact support at: support@benbet.cash.

Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the match ending. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

• All complaints must be submitted in writing — via email or live chat.
• BenBet will typically respond within 72 hours.
• Further appeal options against BenBet's decisions may be available.
• For unresolved disputes, the registered legal jurisdiction of BenBet shall apply.

12 Changes to Terms & Contact

BenBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date the changes come into force.

Members will be notified in advance by email or via the platform of any significant changes. However, users are advised to check this page regularly at their own discretion.
